Love to sleep but have trouble dropping off? Wengie has 20 easy hacks to get you there.

Who doesn’t love to sleep? Most of us just can’t get enough of this wonderful state, and beauty blogger Wengie is no different. She proudly declares in her blogposts and videos that it’s one of her very favorite things to do.

 

But at the same time, she admits her sleep love affair, she also allows that she doesn’t always drift off as easily or quickly as she would like. To combat this frustrating problem, she has compiled 20 hacks that help her fall asleep fast, and she’s shared them in her recent video, How to Fall Asleep FAST! 20 Life Hacks for Sleep Everyone Should Know!!.

 

Several of her hacks are the hints and tips are the same ones we’ve all heard and read numerous times in other articles, blogposts and videos. It’s smart of her to repeat them here though, because while we’ve all heard them before, we’re likely to have nodded in agreement and then failed to implement them:

 

  • Use white noise
  • Use essential oils like jasmine
  • Lower bedroom temperature to 65°F/18°C
  • Relax your body one muscle group at a time
  • Take a hot bath or shower before bed
  • No electronics 30 minutes before bed
  • Your bed is only for sleep and…..well, you know
  • Stroke your pet
  • Massage and aromatherapy
  • Prepare for bed at a specified time

 

Several of the suggestions Wengie shares are less common, but very interesting and may even sound downright strange. When you’re struggling to fall asleep, trying one or two of them may be worth a shot. After all, you never know what might be the trick that works for you.
